  • If you are still unable to log into WVU+kc,  submit a ticket for submit an ITS request for assistance or call the ITS Service Desk at 304-293-4444.

If you are not a WVU employee or student, someone must request a special Login account for must submit an ITS request for you so you can use WVU+kc. Once you receive a Login account, you will need to activate to activate (claim) your Login account before you can log into WVU+kc.
