Generate a Report

  1. Log into the system as someone with the Agreements Manager role and generate a standard report in the Agreements system.

  2. Click Agreements on the Top Navigator then click Reports on the Sub-Navigator.

  3. On the Standard Reports tab, click Report: Agreements by manager/PI to open the report.

  4. Filter the agreement by Agreement Type, then type “CTA” and hit Enter on the keyboard or click the magnifying glass button. View the updated report.

Note: Click the help icon next to “Filter by” (top left of the slide-in) to see examples of how to use the “%” wildcard symbol in your filter criteria.

  1. Click the Export to CSV button in the top right and open the report.

  2. Close Excel and the report slide-in to return to the Reports page in the Agreements system.

  3. Confirm you met the success criteria below:

  • You can open a standard report.

  • You can filter the data on the report to show only a subset of data.

  • You can export the report and view it in Excel.
