Email Final Agreement to Internal Parties

After all parties have signed the agreement, the next step is to send a copy of the final PDF to appropriate internal parties for their records. This may include other people in addition to those that reviewed or signed the agreement.

  1. Log in the system as the agreement owner

  2. On the agreement workspace, click the Email Agreement activity.

  3. In the To box, select two or three people from the list. Assume these users need a copy for their records.

  4. In the Subject box, type “Agreement for Your Records”

  5. In the Body box, type “Attached is a copy of the agreement for your records. The signed version is available on the company intranet.”

  6. Click OK.

  7. On the History tab, click the Agreement Emailed activity to see who received the email.

  8. Click View More Details in the upper right and then the Notifications tab to see the details of the mail sent and the recipients who received the mail.

  9. In the top left of the page, click << Return to Workspace.

  10. Confirm you met the success criteria below:

  • You can determine to whom an agreement was emailed.

  • The History tab shows the Agreement Emailed activity.

  • The agreement is still in the External Signature state.
