Initiate Award Review

When an award or award modification in the Draft state is complete, as the assigned specialist, you can either:

  • Submit the project for a designated review and have the designated reviewer determine whether the project is ready for final review

  • Submit the project directly for final review yourself.

To submit for designated review

  1. From the project workspace, click Submit for Designated Review.

Shows the Draft state on the award workspace, and highlights the activity, Submit for Designated Review.
  1. In the resulting form, select the designated reviewer.

  2. Select a different award approver if necessary.

  3. Optionally add comments and supporting documents.

  4. When done, click OK.

The project appears in the designated reviewer's inbox, and they receive an e-mail notification.
