WVU ITS and HSC ITS are rebuilding a tool called Active Directory (AD), which determines what resources faculty and staff can access based on their roles at the University. Windows computers will be added to the new AD environment starting November 14 through the end of December.

You will be notified when your computer is scheduled for the update. Please follow the emailed instructions to log off of your computer and keep the computer powered on for your scheduled update. Your computer will automatically reboot when the update is complete.
