FSD Facilities Service Desk
Facilities Service Desk is the website for submitting work orders for issues handled by WVU facilities for all campuses. This system is building specific and is used for all work requests except for emergency or quick fix request items that need immediate response (for example, breaker tripped, broken water pipe, too hot/too cold, etc.).
Note: Building Supervisors should be submitting work orders in Unifier. See instructions for logging into Unifier.
How do I submit a request?
Go to fsd.wvu.edu.
Log in with your Login credentials.
Complete the form in the Submit a Request section.
Click Submit Request.
Common Problems
If you run into any of the following issues, contact the ITS Service Desk and provide them with as much information on the problem as possible.
Your email address is not correct on the request form.
You receive a server error message.
The website is not appearing.
If you are having any other issues, email FSD@mail.wvu.edu with a detailed description of the problem, including any error message and if possible, a screenshot of the problem.
