Shared Services
The WVU Shared Services Center (SSC) is a centralized service-delivery team that supports the business activities of WVU, including financial administration, human resources (Talent and Culture), and sponsored projects funding/grants. Customers can receive assistance by calling Shared Services at 304-293-6006, or chatting in the Shared Services Community. Visit sharedservices.wvu.edu for more information.
The WVU ITS Service Desk and HSC ITS Help Desk continue to handle technical support for WVU systems and services. The SSC also does not create policy or provide high-level, strategic direction to campus leaders.
