Problem
You are receiving a 500 error when you try to access or save a page in your IRB protocol.
Solution
If you are not already, use Firefox or Chrome. For more information on recommended browsers, visit our Recommended Browsers for WVU+kc article.
Log into the system directly using the URL kc.wvu.edu/kc/portal.do.
Clear your browser cache. For help, view our Deleting Browser Cache article.
If none of the solutions above worked, submit a ticket to the ITS Service Desk.
