Permission Summary of SOLE Content Objects

You can obtain a quick summary of what, if any, permission restrictions are applied to a Content Object. Permission restrictions are a listing of any Availability Settings, Access Controls or Dependent Release restrictions applied to a Content Object.

Viewing the Permissions Summary Report

1. Click on the main Course Content folder or a content subfolder containing content objects.

2. When you hover over each Content Object, to the right is the Permissions Summary icon.

3. Click the icon to view a Permissions Summary report.

4. This information will allow you to quickly assess why a Content Object may not be available to a particular role, group, user or date/time.
