SOLE Archive and Cleanup Wizards

The Control Panel's Archive tab enables Site Administrators to archive their courses and sites. Archiving is the process of creating a file that saves student-specific information from SOLE tools such as grades from the Gradebook, Exam submissions, Assignment submission, etc. Archives can later be reviewed and can be useful documentation of your course.

You may also use a wizard to make a backup of your course. This backup is valid for 21 days and provides a way for you to restore your course/site back to a specific date and time.

Additionally there are Cleanup wizards available that help you remove Assignment submissions, Exam scores, Users, etc in order to prepare your course/site for future use.
