To delete your browser cache, find your browser below and follow the instructions.

If you are using Firefox or Chrome, you can press the Ctrl key, Shift key, and Delete key simultaneously to open the browser's history/data window.

Firefox 4 and above (for Windows)

  1. Open Firefox.

  2. Click on the Open menu symbol (three horizontal lines) to the right of the address bar.

  3. Click Library

  4. Click History.

  5. Click Clear Recent History.

  6. Click the drop-down arrow for Time range to clear, and select the appropriate option.

  7. Make sure Cookies and Cache are selected.

  8. Click Clear Now.

  9. Click OK to exit the Options window.

  10. Close all browser sessions and re-launch the browser.

Firefox 21 and above (for Macs)

  1. Open Firefox.

  2. From the menu bar, click History.

  3. Click Clear Recent History.

  4. Click the drop-down arrow for Time range to clear, and select the appropriate option.

  5. Make sure Cookies and Cache are selected.

  6. Click Clear Now.

  7. Close all browser sessions and re-launch the browser.

Safari 8

  1. Open Safari.

  2. Click on Safari in the toolbar.

  3. From the drop-down menu, select Clear History and Website Data.

  4. Choose the desired time range.

  5. Click Clear History.

  6. Close all browser sessions and re-launch the browser.

Safari 7 and below for Macintosh OS X

  1. Open Safari.

  2. Click on Safari in the toolbar.

  3. From the drop-down menu, select Reset Safari.

  4. Choose what history and other elements to clear.

  5. Click the Reset button.

  6. Close all browser sessions and re-launch the browser.

Google Chrome

  1. Open Google Chrome.

  2. Click on the Customize and Control Google Chrome symbol (three verticle dots to the right of the address bar.

  3. From the drop-down menu, click More Tools.

  4. Under More Tools, click Clear browsing data.

  5. Set Time Range to All Time and check boxes for all three options.

  6. Click Clear data.

  7. Close all browser sessions and re-launch the browser.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Microsoft Edge. 

  2. Click the Hub icon then the History icon.

  3. Select Clear History.

  4. Check the boxes for Browsing historyCookies and saved website dataCached data and files, and Download history.

  5. Select Clear.
