Problem

You receive the error message "Contact systems administrator" when logged into MAP.

Solution

Clear your browser cache, completely exit your browser, then restart it. This usually happens when your connection is momentarily dropped.

If you continue to receive an error message, request support using the Business Information General Assistance form.
