If you cannot access any WVU websites from off-campus, there are few solutions you can try.

  • Clear the browser cache. For more information on clearing cache view our Deleting Browser Cache article. 

  • Restart the browser.

  • Try accessing other websites to ensure you are connected to the internet. 

  • To determine if the computer is on a blocked list or for additional support, contact the ITS Service Desk.
