Solution
Completely exit your browser and then restart it. This usually happens when your connection is momentarily dropped. If you continue to receive an error message, submit a Business Information Service Request for MAP support Clear your browser cache, completely exit your browser, then restart it. If the error message persists, try adjusting your browser settings to clear your cache whenever you exit your browser.
