You must be logged into your WVU Zoom account at wvu.zoom.us or using Zoom Workplace to be able to access Zoom Phone. If your account is not setup properly when Zoom phone is added, you will receive an email invitation to join the WVU Zoom. You will need to complete this process before your phone will work in Zoom. Contact the Service Desk if you have questions or concerns. Review the Zoom Accounts article for full login instructions. |
