To request MAP responsibilities or modify your list of responsibilities in MAP, you must submit an electronic form. After completing the form, it will automatically be sent to the appropriate Central or Expert Business Office for approval. Once your account has been set up with the appropriate access, you may log into MAP using your WVU Login credentials.
Request a new MAP responsibility or changes to an existing responsibilities
Supervisors must submit requests for their employees.
Make sure you are signed in using the use the Log In button at the top of this page.
Open the Business Information Service Request form.
Select the responsibilities you want to add or remove and click Send to submit the request. The request will be reviewed by your SBA or CBO for approval before access is granted.
Re-activate expired responsibilities
When employees are setup with MAP access, sometimes their access is given an end date. Complete the Business Information Service Request to re-activate your responsibilities. You or your supervisor can complete this form. Select Add or remove responsibilities then choose the responsibilities needed for the account.
