Access Electronic Blue Sheet (EBS) Proposal Information

The Electronic Blue Sheet was used to submit external funding proposals to the Office of Sponsored Programs from 2011 to 2016. EBS was retired on January 15, 2016, and all applications should now be submitted to OSP via WVU+kc (kc.wvu.edu). Access to proposal information within EBS is restricted to the Office of Sponsored Programs.
Problem
User would like to access his/her proposal information previously submitted in EBS.
Solution
Data for proposals submitted from July 1, 2013, can be found in WVU+kc via the Search Institutional Proposals link. If you need data for proposals submitted prior to July 1, 2013, please contact the Office of Sponsored Programs at 304-293-3998.
