If you’re an online student or off-campus employee and can’t pick up your Mountaineer ID Card from an ITS Service Center, you can submit your own ID photo and request to have your card mailed to you once your photo has been approved.
Eligibility
Only online students, off-campus employees, and those with disability-related access needs can request to have their card mailed.
Cost
Your first Mountaineer ID Card is free. If you lose your card or it becomes damaged, you will be charged $30 for a replacement. View the Mountaineer Card Fees article for more information.
