Axiom software is used for budgeting and financial planning and is vendor supported.

For general questions or assistance, contact Axiom's support team. You can access their software support portal at kaufmanhall.com, email support@kaufmanhall.com or call 888-543-6833. 

If there is a data connection issue, submit a WVU IT request and select Administrative and Business Tools for the Service.

If you need help with your WVU Login credentials or WVU's Sophos anti-virus software is preventing you from using Axiom, contact the ITS Service Desk at 304-293-4444 or ITSHelp@mail.wvu.edu.
