ITS generally does not repair fax machines unless they are an all-in-one machine (fax/printer/copier). You must contact an outside repair service or fax machine vendor for regular fax machines.
Make sure the device is turned on and plugged into the jack.
If the fax machine is part of an all-in-one machine that is supported by ITS (fax/printer/copier), raise a request below or contact the ITS Service Desk. Be prepared to provide the type or brand of fax machine, location, and jack number.
If the problem is with the phone line or wall jack, raise a request below or contact the ITS Service Desk. Be prepared to provide the phone number, location, and jack number.
If your fax machine is not supported by ITS, contact an outside repair service or the fax machine vendor.
