If you are unable to send an email from your Office 365 account, make sure you have reached the daily limit.
Problem
You cannot send an email from your Office 365 account
When you try to send an email, you receive the message "Your message cannot be sent because you have reached your daily limit for recipients."
Solution
There is a daily limit of 10,000 recipients per day, per person. If you have exceeded this limit, then save the email message and send it the following day. If you send mass mailings on a regular basis, you may want to request a LISTSERV.
