Shared WVU and WVU Medicine users can log into WVU+kc with either of their identities to create documents. These identities are normally linked so they will always be able to see all of their documents. However, newly hired shared may have documents under their WVU and WVU Medicine identities.

New users with a shared role

New shared users will experience a lag time of approximately three days before their accounts are fully linked and they should log in with only one account (preferably their WVU Medicine account) during this period.

Users who are unable to find documents in WVU+kc should try logging in with the West Virginia University option when logging in to see if the documents are there.
