Desk side support for the Health and Education Building, located on the Evansdale campus, is provided by three different groups and varies by department.

Support Groups

CPASS

If you work within the CPASS department, please view the College of Physical Activity and Sports Sciences IT Support article for information on how to contact CPASS desk side support. 

Student Affairs

If you work within WellWVU, the Carruth Center, and other Student Life departments, submit a ticket for ITS Morgantown Campus Desk Side Support.

Ruby Memorial Hospital

If you are a WVUH employee working within the Student Health Clinic or another administrative office, please visit the Ruby Memorial Hospital Help Desk article for information on how to contact Ruby Memorial Hospital desk side support.
