When you claimed your WVU Login account, you provided a non-WVU email address and/or non-WVU mobile phone number. If that information has changed, you can update it by following the instructions below.
How do I change the phone or email associated with my Login account?
Go to login.wvu.edu and click View or Change Recovery Contact Information.
Enter your Login credentials and authenticate with Duo.
Enter a new, non-WVU email address and/or mobile phone number, then enter it again to confirm that it is correct.
Click Submit to confirm the changes.
You will see a confirmation message at the top of the page letting you know that your information has been changed successfully.
