If you cannot access any WVU websites from off-campus, there are few solutions you can try.
Problem:
You're outside the WVU network and you cannot access any WVU websites.
Solution:
Clear the browser cache. For more information on clearing cache view our Deleting Browser Cache article.
Restart the browser.
Try accessing other websites to ensure you are connected to the internet.
To determine if the computer is on a blocked list or for additional support, submit a ticket to the ITS Service Desk.
