You can export MAP reports to either Word or Excel.

Export to Word

  1. Choose a Report and complete the Parameters.

  2. Click Submit.

  3. Click Refresh Data. When the Phase field shows “Complete,” click View Output.

  4. From the Tools menu, choose Copy File.

  5. A new HTML page opens.  Click Control A on your keyboard.

  6. Click Control C on your keyboard.

  7. Open Word.

  8. Click a dropdown for Paste, and choose Paste Special.

  9. Choose Unformatted Text and click OK.

  10. Format:

    1. Change all margins to .5.

    2. Change the Orientation to Landscape.

    3. Depending on the report, change the size to 8.5 and 14.

Export to Excel

  1. Choose a Report and complete the Parameters.

  2. Click Submit.

  3. Click Refresh Data. When the Phase field shows “Complete,” click View Output.

  4. From the Tools menu, choose Copy File.

  5. A new HTML page opens.  Click Control A on your keyboard.

  6. Click Control C on your keyboard.

  7. Open Notepad.

  8. Choose Edit Paste.

  9. Save the file as a text file.

  10. Open a new Excel file.

  11. Open the txt file you just saved in Notepad.  (You may need to change the Type of file from Excel files to All Files.)

  12. In the Wizard, choose Next twice and then Finish.

  13. Page Layout:

    1. Change the margins to .5.

    2. Change Orientation to Landscape.
