You can access your Information Technology Bill through pinnacle.calero.com/wvu.
Note: The https://pinnacle.calero.com/wvu/AUTH?client_id=PINN_WVU URL is case sensitive. Please clear your cache prior to accessing this new site to make sure you’re using the correct URL. Once you have successfully authenticated and logged into the site, you may bookmark the page.
Access Your Information Technology Bill
Go to https://pinnacle.calero.com/wvu/AUTH?client_id=PINN_WVU.
When the login box appears, enter your Login and password. You will be redirected once authenticated.
To request access to view bills, please submit a ticket and include the funding you wish to see.
When the Calero screen displays, choose the Billing tab on the far-left hand side of the screen and then select Department Billing.
Click the green Search button next to the question mark.
Click the Billing Date you wish to view. Please note the month in the Billing Date column is when charges were posted in MAP. (Example: 01-AUG-2023 would show July 2023 charges.)
Click the green View Report button to create your Departmental Bill.
If one of your department phones is not listed on your phone bill, or if there are phone lines listed on your department phone bill that do not belong to you, report the issue using the ITS Telephone Assistance form.
Login Errors
Make sure the URL you are entering is all lower-case. The https://pinnacle.calero.com/wvu URL is case sensitive.
If you are getting one of the following errors, make sure your Login password is active and that you are entering it correctly. For Login problems, go to login.wvu.edu.
Permission Denied
You are not authorized to view this page
If you are getting one of the following errors, try logging into the system from another computer. If you still cannot access the system, call the ITS Service Desk at 304-293-4444.
