Follow the steps below to remove an old phone, tablet or token from your account.
Remove a device from your Duo account:
Go to a WVU system that requires you to log in using your WVU username and password (e.g. portal.wvu.edu).
When you see the Duo authentication prompt screen, click the My Settings & Devices link. You will need to authenticate to access your Duo account settings.
Click Device Options next to the device you want to remove.
Click the trashcan icon to delete the device from your Duo account.
Note: You will only have the option to delete a device if you have another device associated with your account.Click Remove. A message will display when the device has been removed successfully.
