Microsoft Visio Pro for Microsoft 365 is a subscription software that provides users with the ability to create beautiful, compelling flowcharts, graphs and network diagrams in one easy to use application.
Licensing restrictions
This software is a subscription license available for purchase by WVU employees for WVU purposes. Subscription licenses for Microsoft expire on June 30th. The cost in the below “Pricing” section is an annual fee. Licenses purchased after July 1st will be prorated based on the price quoted by the vendor.
When submitting this request, you are also agreeing that you need the subscription version of this software. If you are unsure of whether you need this version of the software or not, please contact your local IT group to make sure before submitting the request.
Eligibility
Faculty can purchase this software using WVU funding.
Staff can purchase this software using WVU funding.
Students cannot purchase this software through WVU. To purchase this software, you will need to purchase it from thinkedu.com or another retailer that offers it.
Note: Before submitting a request for the software, read the above licensing restrictions to make sure you qualify to use the academic software. If you have any questions, contact SLIC by filling out a software assistance request using the SLIC Software Request form.
How to order
WVU Funds: Complete the SLIC Software Request Form if purchasing this with WVU funds. All licenses for WVU-owned computers need to be paid for with WVU funding. Once your order is submitted, SLIC will send you an invoice for your order along with instructions on how to make payment.
Personal Funds: This software cannot be purchased through WVU using personal funds. If you need to purchase this with personal funds for personal use you will need to purchase it through thinkedu.com or another retailer.
