Students, employees, and sponsored guests can use the Personal Information Change Form to complete an official name change, update an incorrect date of birth or social security number, remove a duplicate account, or update other directory information.

If you would like to update your displayed name for your MIX Gmail, you can change your "Send as" name:
Log into your MIX Gmail account.
Click the gear icon then Settings.
Click the Accounts tab.
Select edit info next to Send mail as: to enter a chosen name
