  1. Click Outlook drop-down menu and select Preferences.

  2. Click Signatures.

  3. Click the sign.

  4. Double-click Untitled and rename the signature "WVU Signature".

  5. Copy the following signature and paste it into the box on the right:

    P.O. Box 6500
    Morgantown, WV 26501

  6. Replace Lexi Lifeson's information with your information. 

    1. Highlight the first line of text, right-click it and select Font. Choose Helvetica, Bold12  as the Font, Font style and Size and click OK.

    2. Highlight the other lines of text, right-click them and select Font. Choose Helvetica, Regular12 (or Helvetica Neue, Regular, 12) as  as the Font, Font style and Size and click OK.

    3. Highlight the forward slash at the beginning of the signature, right-click it and select Font. Select More Colors from the Font color drop-down menu. Select the color slider option. Enter 234 for Red, 170 for Green and 0 for Blue. This will make the slash gold.

    4. Highlight all of the text, right-click it and select Font. Select More Colors from the Font color drop-down menu. Select the color slider option. Enter 0 for Red, 40 for Green and 85 for Blue. This will make the text blue.

    5. If you would like your email address to be hyperlinked, highlight it, right-click it and choose Hyperlink. Make sure your email address is entered correctly and click OK.

    6. Choose whether you'd like your email signatures to be included in newly created messages and replies/forwards. All of your changes will be automatically saved.
