Faculty and staff only need to enter their TID when placing long-distance fax calls, calls to international numbers or long-distance calls from non-Cisco phones.

  1. When you place a call from a 293 number, dial 8 plus the area code and phone number. Do not dial "1" before the area code.

  2. When the voice instructs you to enter your security code, enter your full 98-digit TID. The call should go through.
