If you receive a Microsoft Office 365 error saying your account doesn’t allow editing on a Mac computer, remove all Office licenses then reinstall WVU’s license.

After removing the license files,

you will be prompted to sign into your Office account the next time you open an Office app. Enter your WVU Login username followed by @mail.wvu.edu or @hsc.wvu.edu when asked for an email address and use your WVU Login password for the password.
