How do I request a TID or Calling Card?
Go to the TID and Calling Card Request service page.
Click Request TID and complete the form.
Submit the ITS Telephone Assistance form. Because TID requests have to be sent to an outside vendor, please allow up to two weeks to receive a TID.

When you place a call from a 293 number, dial 8 plus the area code and phone number. Do not dial "1" before the area code.
When the voice instructs you to enter your security code, enter your full 98-digit TID. The call should go through.
