Safe ways to access your Microsoft 365 account: 

You can access your Microsoft 365 apps online at office365.wvu.edu or use these supported Microsoft clients and apps: 

• Outlook 2013 or later

• Outlook 2016 for Mac or later

• Outlook for iOS and Android

• Mail for iOS 11.3.1 or later

Note: Exchange ActiveSync is no longer supported.

Set up mail apps for modern authentication: 

To ensure you're using modern authentication to access your email, you may need to remove your account from your device and then re-add it. 

Remove an account: 

• Remove account from Gmail app (Android)

• Remove account from Mail app (MacOS)

• Remove account from Mail app (Apple iOS)

Add an account: 

• Set up the Outlook Mobile App (Apple and Android devices)

• Configure Outlook 2016 for Mac (MacOS)
