When the Pinnacle screen displays, choose the Billing tab on the far right-hand side of the screen and then select Department Billing.
Click the green Search button next to the question mark.
Click the Billing Date you wish to view. Please note the month in the Billing Date column is when charges were posted in MAP. (Example: 01-AUG-2016 would show July 2016 charges.)
