MAP responsibilities can be added, removed, or modified with the Business Information Service Request form. After completing the form, it will automatically be sent to the appropriate Central or Expert Business Office for approval. Once an account has been set up with the appropriate access, you may log into MAP using your WVU Login credentials.

When employees are set up with MAP access, their access is sometimes given an end date. Complete the Business Information Service Request to re-activate your responsibilities. You The employee or your supervisor can complete this form . Select Add or remove responsibilities then choose the responsibilities needed for the account. and select which responsibilities need re-added to the employee’s account.
