If you are receiving receive an error after requesting an enrollment verification, please email the Office of the University Registrar at registrar@mail.wvu.edu to request a the verification of enrollmentcertificate. The Office of the University Registrar can check the NSC Database to make sure ensure your information is loaded and updated then send you the information.
