Remove a device from your Duo account:
Go to a WVU system that requires you to log in using your WVU username and password (e.g. portal.wvu.edu).
When you see the Duo authentication prompt screen,

Click Device Options next to the device you want to remove.

select Other options.
Click Manage devices.
You’ll be prompted to authenticate with Duo to prove it’s you before being taken to a list of your devices.
Click Edit then Remove.
Note: You will only have the option to delete a device if you have another device associated with your account
