Make sure you're connecting to the WVU Encrypted wireless network.
Try restarting your computer.
Make sure your browser is not trying to reconnect using a dial-up connection or other server.
Check the Internet Support Internet Availability for WVU Residence Halls , Apartments, and Fraternity Houses article and Apartments article to see if you live in a building with access to WVU's wireless network.
Go through your Wireless network settings and make sure "Fast Reconnect" is NOT enabled.
If your computer has a 2.4 GHz wireless capacity, then purchasing a wireless USB adapter may provide better connectivity. If you are unsure if your wireless is 2.4 GHz, stop by an ITS Service Center. They can also recommend a USB adapter.
Submit a WVU IT request or call the ITS Service Desk at 304-293-4444.
