Follow the steps in Microsoft’s How to Remove Office License Files on a Mac.
After removing the license files, you will be prompted to sign into your Office account the next time you open an Office app. Enter your WVU Login username followed by @mail.wvu.edu when asked for or @hsc.wvu.edu when asked for an email address and use your WVU Login password for the password.
