When you claimed your WVU Login account, you provided a non-WVU email address and/or non-WVU mobile phone number. If that information has changed, you can update it by following the instructions below.

  1. Go tlogin.wvu.edu and click View or Change Recovery Contact Information.

  2. Enter your Login credentials and authenticate with Duo.

  3. Enter a new, non-WVU email address and/or mobile phone number, then enter it again to confirm that it is correct.

  4. Click Submit to confirm the changes.

  5. You will see a confirmation message at the top of the page letting you know that your information has been changed successfully.
