Large meetings allow you to host more than 300 participants. The Teaching and Learning Commons (TLC) has one large meeting license that can be reserved (allows up to 1,000 participants). Learn about the differences between large meetings and webinars in this Zoom article. 

Reserve a large meeting license

Use WVU's 25Live to check license availability and reserve your meeting time. View the 25Live Event Scheduling FAQ for more information about using 25Live.

Once you have reserved your large meeting time using 25 LIVE, submit a ticket mentioning that you have already saved your event in 25 LIVE. Be sure to include the event date, start time, end time, and title.   

Purchase a large meeting license for your Zoom account

Submit an ITS Purchase Request to purchase a large meeting license for your Zoom account. You will be asked for funding information and notified when your license is approved. A large meeting license is $50.00 per month.
