Sometimes the Parent/Guest Portal will not prompt you to select a term, and instead uses the last term that was selected. To pick the correct term, try scrolling to the bottom of the page and selecting the Select Another Term link. If that link does not appear, try these troubleshooting steps.
Exit out of the current page.
Go back to the Proxy Authorizations Menu page.
Choose View Account Summary by Term.
Select the correct term.
