  3. Select the Grade Modification link, or select the new Faculty Self-Service Home Page link at the top of the page then click Grade Modification

  4. Select the term for which you would like to modify a grade.

  5. Select the CRN you would like to modify. If you taught multiple courses this term, you will see multiple options.

  9. Select a Grade Change Reason from the dropdown menu.

  10. Click Submit.

Students who withdrew from the course will be listed as Student Withdrew, and you won't be able to modify their grades.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter a null table or drop-down menu on the Grade Modification page, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser:

  1. Refresh the page and try again.

  2. Clear your browser history and cache, close the browser, open an incognito window and try again.

  3. Try a different browser with a clean, incognito window.

  4. Repeat step 2 as needed throughout the day. After clearing your cache, it may take a full business day before you are able to use the Grade Modification page.

Submit a ticket to ITS if the page still does not open after repeated cache clearing.
