As an assigned department approver, when you've reviewed a funding proposal and are satisfied with its content, submit it for the next task in the workflow. This could be another level of Department Review, or a central office review. (For information on the review process, read Review a Funding Proposal on page 7.)

To submit a department review

From the funding proposal workspace, click Approve.

  1. Type comments and attach pertinent documents in the approval form, if appropriate.

  2. Click OK.

The system notifies the next reviewer in the workflow and the funding proposal appears in their inbox.
