First, confirm the projector is plugged in and turned on. Review tips in the How to Fix Common Computer Issues article. If the projector is plugged in but not working, contact one of the following:

  • If your projector is a Dell, contact Dell support at 1-800-999-3355. If Dell Support is unable to assist you, contact Computer Repair and Assistance at 304-293-6201 (ext. 3).

  • If your projector is in a Classroom Technology (CTec) classroom, contact CTec for assistance.

  • If your projector is not in a CTec classroom, contact the vendor from which the original purchase was made. If that information is unavailable, contact a local vendor such as Seneca Communications or Center Business Products.
