You can create correspondence items to track “to do” items or emails and phone calls with the Sponsor.
Log in as the agreement owner and create an action item and then mark it as completed.
From My Inbox, open the MTA you created.
On the agreement workspace, click the Log Correspondence activity (halfway down the list of activities).
Answers the fields
Click OK.
On the Correspondence tab, to the right of the correspondence item you just created, click Complete to mark the item as completed.
Click OK.
Confirm you met the success criteria below:
The Correspondence tab shows the “to do” item you just created in the Correspondence Completed area.
The History tab shows the Correspondence Logged and Correspondence Closed activities.
The agreement is still in the Internal Review state.
