Banner Document Management Suite (BDMS) is a document management and imaging system that is integrated with the STAR Banner system. One of the primary tools is ApplicationXtender, which is a web based interface that allows you to index, search for, and update documents within the system.

How do I access BDM?
You must have prior authorization to access this system. If you'd like to request access, go to ssmweb.wvu.edu/star.
If you are authorized to access the system, click here to learn how to use ApplicationXtender.
Once it is installed, follow the steps below to access ApplicationXtender.
Log into Banner INB.
From the toolbar, click on the magnifying glass icon.
You will automatically be signed into the BDMS system.
Chrome is the only fully supported web browser for WebXtender. Firefox is supported, but has reduced functionality.
