Reserve a large meeting license
Use WVU's 25Live to check license availability and reserve your meeting time. Follow the steps in the Reserve a Meeting video tutorial.
Once you have reserved your large meeting time using 25 LIVE, submit a ticket to TLC mentioning that you have already saved your event in 25 LIVE. Be sure to include the event date, start time, end time, and title.
Purchase a large meeting license for your Zoom account
Submit an ITS Purchase Request to purchase a large meeting license for your Zoom account. You will be asked for funding information and notified when your license is approved. A large meeting license is $50.00 per month.
